I DELIVER MEMORABLE EVENTS.

Wild Child Wedding Chapel

Event Ideation, Coordination and Promotion

The concept: Turn a bookstore into a Vegas-style wedding chapel for a day during Pride Week at Bow Market. Packages were offered on a sliding scale and included photography, officiant, venue hire and a sparkling toast. The result? Three legally hitched couples and full hearts all around.

Carwyn Collaborational

Event Management/Coordination, Creative, Digital Strategy

The concept: Transform a cancelled in-person beer festival (thanks, Covid!) to a virtual event. The original festival concept included 12 collaboration beers with international guests and breweries present. The virtual festival ran as a mix of live and pre-recorded content from breweries around the world, paired with a specialty box of canned beers only available by pre-order.

You can take a peek at the full 4-hour festival here.

Bar Bushfire Shake Up

Event Coordination, Creative, Staff Management + Auction Organizing

The concept: A world-class, 16-bar pop up at The Everleigh, to raise money for Australian bushfire relief. The fundraising event was conceived and spearheaded by Zara Madrusan, director of Made in the Shade Group, in the wake of the 2019 Australian bushfires. The evening featured live music, a cocktail menu which changed hourly, a live and silent auction and ever-changing cocktail menu with 100% of proceeds going to the Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery fund. My responsibilities included on site set up and coordination as well as design and delivery of all signage, print assets and auction slides. The night was a colossal team effort and also a huge success, raising over $50,000 in one evening.

LATE at the Australian Open

Event Management & AO Partnership Coordination

The concept: LATE by Australian Open is a bar experience offered throughout the tournament to VIP guests, featuring pop up bars by notable Australian venues. I managed the AO partnership with Made in the Shade Group to include two weeklong pop-ups by The Everleigh and Bar Margaux. While The Everleigh was established and esteemed already, Bar Margaux had opened only a few months prior. Its presence within festival grounds drove an uptick in reservations, positive press for the brand and ultimately finished as the most successful pop up (by sales metrics) within the space over the Australian Open period.

Vinteloper x Stomping Ground Urban Winery Project

Event Management, Partnership Coordination, Ticketing and Guest Comms

The concept: Vinteloper's Urban Winery Project brings winemaking to the people over a 4-course dinner, conversation and grape stomping. The juices from each event night were cold-stored in the brewery and then transported back to Adelaide, where they became the UWP 2019 vintage, released later that year.

Take a look at the highlight reel.

'Good Beer Week' at Stomping Ground + The Local Taphouse

Good Beer Week is a longstanding Melbourne tradition, where 150+ venues participate in a slew of beer programming across the city. My work as events manager at Stomping Ground Brewing Co. + The Local Taphouse meant I was in charge of planning and executing 9 events over 10 days including beer dinners, brew days, festival field trips and tap takeovers. Pictured: The Beer Table, a dinner featuring Daniel Burns, famed chef and author of Food & Beer, who flew in from New York.
